Formulated with EP additives, it removes contamination and lubricant buildup rapidly cleaning a 36’–40’ girth gear in under an hour while the mill remains in production. It enables accurate inspections by leaving gears completely clean, free of residue, and ready for ASTM E2905 and ANSI/AGMA 1010-F14 evaluations, drastically reducing downtime compared to traditional methods.
